Summer Social

Thanks to Barbara Day we have been offered the use of a marquee at Brewery House on North Street for the evening of Sunday 12th September 2010. So we thought it would be good to hold a social event that is open to everyone in the village and try and arrange some live music for a bit of a jig. There will also be a bar for the 'two left-footed' and doubtless some munchies too! What could be better for a laugh and a joke before launching into the autumn production? Autumn Production

The new committee is now in the process of selecting a production for the November timeframe and, of course, looking to identify a director who would be willing to head-up the show. We are hoping to put on a musical production or panto in the run up to Christmas; one that will appeal to would-be actors of all ages and prove to be a good night out for everyone in the village and beyond.
